“The good things are the motel is pretty close to the supermarkets and a amazing italian restaurant, just a few minutes walking distance. However, if there is hot water or warm water in the bathroom at night is much appreciated since when I turned on the shower for 20mins at about 1900, but still no hot water, even I tried in the mid night again. The staff, she kept asking anyone bathed yet, it may take an hour to have hot water if that is a case and claimed the water is not freezing. I can……

“We arrived for our stay in Hobart and waited until 2pm for check in. When we got to Hobart Apartments, there was nobody in reception, so i rang the number on the door. I was then informed that the room was leaking and unavailable for us to stay in and that we should have been informed of this 2 weeks prior but never were. We were basically left stranded with an 8wk old baby and nowhere to stay and when i told them that all she said was "google somewhere else". Very poor service from Hobart……

“Loved this property Owner super responsive to our requests The addition of breadmixxand breadmaker was a nice touch .Variety of areas to relax inside and outside of the house.Water views from most rooms.One suggestion i would make is to have more than one tv in the property would be helpful .The space is there so another living area would be a great addition.Perfect place to relax and haveca break .”

“The room was styled and furnished beautifully, Gary & Peter have put a lot of thought into the inclusions. Tea and coffee facilities available along with oranges to make freshly squeezed juice. We booked the studio room, for the price I’d expect complimentary continental breakfast. Gary explained the landscaping is a work in progress, this should be reflected in the pricing. ”
