“We told the host we would arrive after 6pm in Nov and she was there greeting us as soon as we arrived. We liked the kitchen which got all the cooking wares but not sure if there is cooking oil or seasonings. The electric stove was slow to turn on. The host has provided the eggs, milk, tea bags, coffee and juice as well as bread in two sandwich boxes so we could prepare our breakfast. Everywhere in the house, kitchen and bathroom are clean. “Great location- can walk into town and restaurants etc. Amazing value for money. Have to provide more info than other locations to book in, which was hard when have limited phone reception. ”

“This property was chosen in order to spend a week with family to celebrate a significant birthday. There was plenty of space to relax and a great decked area at the rear that had views of the city and Mt Wellington. Kitchen was well provisioned allowing the private caterer that we arranged to prepare a serve a 4 course lunch without difficulty. Within easy walking distance of Salamanca Place but be aware it is a steep walk back. ”
