“I came to Destin for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration. Let me start off by saying my main purpose and goal was the ocean…and this unit did not disappoint. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. This rental had everything we needed except washer and dryer which was my mistake - I didn’t realize the one bedrooms do not have washer and dryers. We had issues in the beginning with the dishwasher and air……

“We had 8 of us visit for the New Year and loved our stay! It was so close to the private beach. Super short, easy walk to get there. We also loved having access to a pickle ball court. Highly recommend!”

“We made a weekend trip to visit home and family at our favorite beaches. We were thankful to bring our pups with us. The location was great, the townhouse was great. Room for improvement in the upkeep of the backyard both to ensure the dogs don’t get loose from the backyard as well as maintaining the overgrowth of weeds. We would stay here again, but would be better prepared for canine security and comfort.”

“The property was perfect for our trip. It had all the essentials for an 11 day stay. Upon arrival, after the once in a lifetime January snowstorm, the condo was very clean and welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, overlooking the Gulf and walking on the beach. It was beautiful. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very responsive before, during and after our trip. She was friendly to chat with as well. The weather was cool, so we didn’t use the pools, but they were……
