“The condo was fantastic! We met our son there and brought our two dogs along, and it was the perfect setup. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee bar—with K-cups ready to go—was a great touch for coffee lovers. Each floor had a deck with beautiful views of the gorgeous beach. “Great location, Great room, and Great views. We did have some roaches all in the downstairs kitchen. The cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the floors and the bathrooms. Also, feel you should offer some kind of cleaning wipes or spays for counters. We had to go by our own and clean everything before using it.”

“Really nicely appointed unit, has a nice view of the 17th fairway, not overlooked at all, plenty of sun in the mornings on the extra large balcony. Close to a pool that is generally very quiet and close enough to the beach to easily enjoy it. We had everything we needed in the unit and more. Really nice vacation. We stayed for 16 nights. ”

“I went to Destin to half work and half relax. This home was perfect . Everything inside was new : from the flooring , furnishings , appliances to the large deck. The WiFi TV was easy to use. “The condo was great and spacious. They drain and clean the pools on Sundays which is a slight inconvenience if you are stay through Monday and looking to spend time in the pool and the pool opens back up at 12pm. We Went to the hot tub around 6 pm and the jets were blowing cold water the pool was the same temp if not slightly warmer than the hot tub. The front desk told us it takes a while to heat up.
