“Good place, was clean. Minor issues. King mattress should probably be replaced, light switches for kitchen not working properly, bedroom light switches what do they control? Some dish towels or extra paper towels available for drying dishes. We were not dipleased just some suggestions ”

“I set up a trip for my husband’s 30th birthday with a group of friends to go to cedar point! There were 12 of us and it still felt spacious. There was good communication with owners. Even though we went on a weekend that the winds basically shut down all the rides at cedar point, we had a blast staying at this house! (We got a rain check on the tickets, so it’s possible that we will be back!) ”

“We had a great stay at the beautiful home. Definitely recommend staying here.”

“Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didn’t look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they weren’t properly cleaned before we arrived. Overall this……

“My nephew was in a show at Cedar Point and 8 of us from Md drove for a quick weekend to see his performance. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Would stay again if I was in the area. ”

“Went to the Egret Point House for the April 8th eclipse. House was great and family and friends enjoyed the accommodations and location. My friend Brian and I are both birders so after the eclipse we enjoyed a couple beers on the patio and watched dozens of Black-crowned Night Herons and Great Egrets (how appropriate) fly over.”

“From the moment we walked in there was a terrible smell like a dead animal somewhere in the house. Couldn’t find anything so assuming it was under the house. Between two bathrooms there was 2 rolls of toilet paper. The were not enough towels left behind for everyone staying in the house. The floors are all uneven. There are patched holes in the walls. There is barely enough parking for a truck and a small SUV we had to park a car at Walmart 8 miles away. Nothing was as described.luckily we were……

“Great spot at a great location. Love the two king beds. Great having coffee on the balcony in the morning. Nice walk to the shops by the lake or the light house.”

“The host was very accommodating and communicative. Great place for pets. Decor was well done…very cute and beachy. House needs some work, but it worked well for us needing a place to stay for a softball tournament with our kids. ”
