“This place is amazing. Super clean. It's old but super clean. Communication is amazing. The staff is wonderful. I loved waking up to the sound and view of the ocean. ”

“We loved our stay at the condo. It had everything we needed! Didn't get to golf, but the par 3 course looked nice. Long walks on the beach every morning. The beach was not crowded in the afternoon. We were close to many great restaurants and activities. ”

“This property has the best beachfront location you can hope for. Wake up to hear the ocean, feel the fresh breeze, and the sun on your skin! What a dream!! Meticulously furnished, I can tell the thoughtfulness that the host went through to put this property together. Very clean and there are plenty of beach towels, chairs (4), and one beach umbrella. Communication with the host was promt and clear. We absolutely loved this property and would definitely stay again!!”

“My wife and I celebrated 23 years of marriage and had a wonderful time in the area. The condo was perfect for our needs, and we absolutely LOVED the view!! Would love to come back with our daughters one day and enjoy the pool, the beach, and the sights and sounds.”

“From the first communication with Karyann to the final, everything was great. It is exactly as described and depicted in the pics. The pics dont show the 2nd bed well, but its a hideaway in the bedroom, between the bed and the window. Now to my experience! - This place has everything you need. Others said it, I'll confirm. some items that weren't mentioned but I found valuable were: beach chairs, beach towels, golf clubs and balls, tennis rackets, COOLERS!, a frisbee, a football. “Very nice, clean, and well stocked condo with all the utensils and provisions that you typically have at home.Very nice location on the northeast side of the building that has a huge view of the ocean. It has beach chairs and a good umbrella to use at the beach which is just a short walk away. Very nice swimming pool and grills to make your supper if you want to.”

“The rental was as advertised! All the amenities we required were there. Easy access to the local ramp to launch the boat. The dock/slip just outside the back door on an isolated canal was great. The neighborhood was quiet with nice neighbors. Easy access to the inlet to get out into blue water. Would stay here again.”

“Beach was literally right across the street. Property had everything you can possibly think of. Not many options for dining, but there’s a full kitchen to cook in. Overall, we had a very good stay!! ”

“From the moment we were greeted by the property manager and shown all the amenities we knew we had made the right choice. So well appointed we didn’t need to shop for anything except our groceries. The outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub and all the loungers were wonderful. Loved the bathroom next to the putting green, it was super convenient. “We stayed at this great condo for a wedding / reception at Sailfish Pointe resort. It had a bin of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. which was nice. The pool was close and well maintained. The beach was just a walk down through the pool area and down the walkway. Very nice beach. Easy to get around to restaurants and venues for our four day stay. Would stay here again. ”
