“This was our first stay in the condo. We have stayed in a few others the past 3 visits to Hutchinson Issland. Dave was wonderful to work with a checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. The double balcony provided ample space to enjoy the views and play card games with other couples. The condo was clean and well stocked with anything we needed to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend this condo. Thank you, Dave, for a perfect……

“The condo that we stayed in at Ocean Village in the Golf villas was a good location to everything offered. It was clean and uncluttered. The owner was very good at responding if we had any questions.”

“Overall the unit was great. It was very clean, super comfortable beds, and all the appliances worked well. It needs to be upgraded though. We had a fantastic time and would have stayed again if it had been available for next year, but someone had already grabbed it. ”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Villa was just enough for us, size wise, since there was just the 2 of us - and very clean. Jamie, our host, was amazing - communicated regularly all week to make sure we were satisfied. A couple of bonuses - snacks upon arrival, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon and two bikes provided! Jamie replaced the one bike that had a flat tire (so nice to have a brand new bike!). We were able to enjoy the grand opening of the beautiful new pool! Everyone we saw or met……

“Lovely unit and welcoming permanent residents. I loved doing water aerobics every morning with the permanent residents and owners. Their some visitors by the pool however who would lay out there towels on the chairs and disappear, leaving others with a chair to sit on. One group hogged the chairs all day and played music disturbing others and disregarded rules. I was glad to see them leave and have a few days without them. Overall, I enjoyed the residents very much! Thank you for a lovely unit……
