“My family and I drove nine and a half hours to visit my daughterfor her 30th birthday. We were less than 10 minutes from the home and realized we never received check-in info, so we contacted the host only for her to inform us the house wasn't available due to a maintenance issue and they would refund us the total amount. She apologized for the inconvenience. Of course, we were upset about the situation. We had to find a new home at the last minute due to a maintained ”
