“We booked this property specifically because of the river access. So glad that we did! We spent most of the day Saturday on the river, and had it completely to ourselves! Our amazing hosts encouraged us to drive our car close to the river access, so we only had a short walk to a very large flat rock next to the river. Put our chairs in a shallow spot and just chilled. A peaceful, quiet, relaxing day in nature sitting in the cool flowing water. The Palette Pad had everything we needed. The tour……

“This was our first time doing a bnb stay like this and it was a great experience. We had our kids with us and they loved the place as well. The Cabin was very spacious, clean and feel-at-home. Everything described on profile was true to their word and exceeded our expectations. Ease of entry and exit went smoothly and we.d recommend this to our friends and family. ”

“The property is exactly as advertised. It is a hidden gem tucked away not far from the hustle and bustle of Austin. It was great to be in Austin when the Texas Longhorns won the College Softball World Series (see photo of UT Tower lit up). We actually got to meet the owner, he is salt of the earth and great to visit with. Trust us, this spot is worth every single penny! We will be back!”
