“We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!”

“Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.”

“This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. “We were in Cape Cod on a baby moon with our 1 month old baby. The space was clean, quiet and cozy. It was a great view to wake up to and kayaking was a fun addition to the trip. The owners are very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay great! The location is perfect for being able to explore Cape Cod on all sides because it’s in the middle and it doesn’t take too long to get to different locations. Definitely recommend! ”

“I booked this property with my adult daughter. We were so looking forward to this trip. We were so disappointed in this property. We could barely move around each other for lack of room. There was no place to store our belongings which meant we had to use our suitcases, which took up even more room. I would only recommend this property if you are traveling by yourself and with VERY LITTLE luggage. “We had a great 3 night stay. We got to the area when it was dark and we did have a difficult time located our exact cottage. Could use some better outdoor lighting for the check in process. We walked to the ferry so location for that was good.”

“This is a no frills, as is, 1-bedroom unit downtown Falmouth. If it’s a busy week, expect parking to be tricky and a bit of a game of roulette. Plenty of great food options close by. Unit 1 is a little loud as your bedroom is right by the staircase for a multi unit building- if you’re used to sleeping in any city you’ll be fine. Was in town for a work trip, would stay again.”
