“Staff was very kind and let us check in early. They're absolutely doing the best they can with the property they have. The pool looked clean, but didnt get a chance to use it due to time. Our room was clean and updated. Fridge and microwave in the room. Short drive to the Falls. ”

“Location is questionable but the unit was clean as can be, very spacious and perfect for a large group (10 people). There could be better pans and pots as well as more utensils but aside from that we enjoyed our stay.”

“The inside was very nice and roomy and very clean, but property was listed as having a parking space and a king-size bed Was disappointed that a king-sized bed was not in the main bedroom. There were two queens, no king. The area was a bit scary, not the best location, but the privacy fence in back helped. Only parking was on street.”

“The hosts were brilliant and amazing folks. They were very responsive and immediately fixed issues that we encountered. Unfortunately, I suspect there contractors are doing them dirty because of the issues we did encounter. Not all of the furniture was assembled properly. The unit is supposed to have 8 bedrooms but 2 of them are still under construction. The drain in the kitchen sink leaks. And at every turn, the contractors had failed to adequately clean smudges on walls and dust on floors from……

“The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the location was excellent—just a short distance from Niagara Falls. It made our stay both comfortable and convenient.”
