“My daughter and I enjoyed a long weekend here to visit my son at University of Tampa. The unit was sparkling clean, smelled fresh, and was exactly as pictured with fun but simple beach decor and bright colors. I loved the wooden blinds so we could adjust the amount of light coming in, and the mattress was comfortable with high quality sheets and towels. Liz was great to communicate with me before, during, and after our stay. The clawfoot tub is so special, and the water pressure and shower head……

“Absolutely better than the photos! Excellent location within walking distance to both Howard Avenue and Hyde Park, but set far enough in a very cute neighborhood. Owner/Host Michelle was very attentive to answering any questions or needs of ours. We even stayed for Christmas and there were many holiday touches throughout. Backyard is absolutely amazing!! Super cute historic bungalow with many charming features. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook and prep food. Will definitely book again on……

“Nice home, great location. The remodeled parts of the home are beautiful but the areas not yet remodeled are extremely weathered, aged, and off putting. Broken porch steps, visually damaged garage that takes away from pool view, and old windows that don’t fully operate or close.”

“There is no other way to describe this property, absolutely fantastic. From the booking all the way through leaving today, the communication and the experience is probably been one of the best I have ever had. The property is clean and very inviting. Location is perfect for anywhere you want to be around the classic Tampa neighborhood. It isn’t missing anything. All of the comfort of home. And by the way, the bed is perfect.
