“The area was great but the valet parking was ridiculous $185 for the weekend was over priced to me we only was there Friday and Saturday night left Sunday morning.”

I love that we were on the Riverwalk so close to some of the dining options and the water taxi was available I take us to other areas. He shuttle was also convenient but they should consider making to available to take guest beyond a two mile radius and offer a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport. ”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”
