“when we arrived at 5:pm our room wasn't ready so we sat in the lobby waiting and then when our room was ready, a very nice gentleman at the desk said for your inconvenience we're going to give you 2 coupons for breakfast and a 2 drink coupons for later this evening. I thought that was quite lovely.”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”
