“The hotel and the location was nice and close to many activities! ”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, the rooms were definitely outdated and could use a makeover. I love that we were on the Riverwalk so close to some of the dining options and the water taxi was available I take us to other areas. He shuttle was also convenient but they should consider making to available to take guest beyond a two mile radius and offer a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport. ”
