“The hotel staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly. However, there were very few waiters in the casino, and I only got one bottle of water after playing all night!”

“We had booked 2 rooms ,travelled with family. Overall great experience 👍 Hotel room, bathrooms overall were very clean. Many options for breakfast 😋, 10-15mins drive from Niagra so its convenient. Just 1 con, one room we stayed in had bathroom lock issue, it didnt matter to us as we were couple only byt it will matter of you are sharing rooms with friends, so definitely check on that”

“Requested additional blankets, towels. Never received text or additional supplies. No full length mirrors in the place. Only mirror, in the bathroom, not over the sink! How are you supposed to shave without making a mess. Large rip in sofa. Very uncomfortable sofa. No place to hang up coats. Also received a parking ticket for 25 dollars. No signs posted on the street at all. What am I supposed to do,get up at midnight to move the vehicle? Very deceptive practice by Niagara Falls police dept. 6……
