“Great place for a small group. Quiet neighborhood, seems safe. House is small, but plenty big enough for a small group. We had six and weren't cramped. Only slight negative was one bathroom, but we knew that going into it so wasn't a problem. Cathi was awesome!!... instantaneous communication every time i reached out ”
