“The air conditioner is not working on my first day, I am asking to change other room, they told me you have just requested on it, and we do provide you the air conditioner in room, just to refuse all I m asking. The lift is not working since my third day to stay. When it comes to recall the hotel that I had in my life, Gremes Carat Hotel is the most horrible hotel that I have ever had. Those staff are not too helpful. It states the hotel located near train station, but it takes me a bit time……

“Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war super. Beim einchecken hatte ich die Wahl für ein Zimmer und auf die Frage nach einem ruhigen Zimmer hat der Mitarbeiter ein Zimmer in einem mittleren Stockwerk empfohlen, welches auch sehr ruhig war. Das Personal was sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Zimmer neu und unglaublich sauber! Ich danke herzlich für den fantastischen Aufenthalt. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen. ”
