“We had a single nights stay with our son who has a severe peanut allergy. It happened to be a long weekend so the entire hotel was really busy which was very evident at breakfast time. However, despite the very busy breakfast area a member of staff from the kitchen Marita was amazing. She assisted us in identifying safe foods, for us the allergen menu folder from the kitchen we were able to keep with us to check everything ourselves and she even got us a bowl of strawberry jam from the kitchen……

“The air conditioner is not working on my first day, I am asking to change other room, they told me you have just requested on it, and we do provide you the air conditioner in room, just to refuse all I m asking. The lift is not working since my third day to stay. When it comes to recall the hotel that I had in my life, Gremes Carat Hotel is the most horrible hotel that I have ever had. Those staff are not too helpful. It states the hotel located near train station, but it takes me a bit time……
