“The house is utterly charming. My kids (11 and almost 14) were so excited to find all the scavenger hunt items and see all the little hidden gems throughout. We did our sightseeing during the day and watched the provided DVDs and played board games in the evenings. There is a cute little gift shop with special trinkets on the property so bring cash in smallish bills to enjoy! “It was really a slice of Tolkien heaven. Like a bunch of theater kids turned a house into a museum from LOTR. The elf room with the Shards of Narsil is beautiful. All the lightbulbs flicker like real candles, so it’s just a really neat feeling when you walk in. I love the double queen bed set up they were so comfortable we slept great. It’s lacking a few basic appliances (regular coffee maker, hairdryer) and there’s really no where to hang clothes up if you need to do that. But all in all the……

“The attention to detail is incredible. Only one of our 4 had ever watched or read Harry Potter, yet we all felt like we must be living it in real life. So as not to spoil the experience, we would just absolutely recommend this rental.
