“We had a great time at the bass cabin! It was perfect for us. It's very private and has a beautiful view from the front porch. The off leash laws in the area are apparent as we received 3 visitors (dogs) during our stay, which we didn't mind. ”

“The property is ideally situated near the water fall - it is literally in the back yard to view. To hike to get a better look , you are short walk away from it and the scenic trails—once we parked, we didn’t feel the need to leave. It’s incredibly peaceful and serene, making it the perfect escape for a quiet weekend getaway. You can shop for groceries at the little downtown store or go to Fort Payne-if you need more variety. Downtown feels like something out of a storybook: charming, small, and……

“The cottage is decorated well. We had everything we needed for the weekend. The view is amazing, especially at sunset. We had a very relaxing weekend get away. ”

There is no closet or drawers for clothes, but since it was just the 2 of us we used the extra bed to lay out our clothes. Everything was clean. Had the plenty of kitchen supplies. Fishing was less than desired. ”

“What a beautiful cabin and so well decorated-everything was such quality furnishings and ALL the extra touches-they provided everything we might possibly need, and plenty of it -the sunsets were gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the hang gliders-had short drive to our favorite dinner in Mentone at The Wildflower and short drive to Cloudland, Rock City, and Ruby Falls-cabin was good location-Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us-DC-Mississippi”
