“The check in process on the first day was a nightmare - apparently they didn’t have my reservation in their system! The rooms should be provided with basic utensils like drinking glasses, plates, cutlery and pressing iron. It’s a lot of inconvenience to call whenever guest requires them. “Very clean and well-maintained boutique hotel. Spent a total of 12 nights and did not want to leave. The room smelled good, corridors smelled fresh, staff and customer service was top notch. “The pool was cold which is one of the amenities that attracted us to pick the hotel. The hotel pool needs a heater to keep the pool slightly warm which will also help to generate revenue because it would be revenue generating area due to customers buying drinks while lounging at the pool because Nigeria is hot. “Overall our stay was great! There were some communication issues the day we went to check-in and we waited for two hours due to the host needing to be there to get us in because of the high security. While it was frustingn to wait, I did appreciate such great security. Once we were in the space, everything was great! It's really an excellent property. “Location is brilliant Food is good bit pricey but good nonetheless. Staff were good - although I would say that information management from restaurant & front desk needs to be improved. Was asked to pay a bill that was already paid at check out which I refused; took them a very long time to find the receipt of the payment that was made. This should not happen at check out. Cleanliness & general maintenance and upkeep of hotel is needed. Otherwise a safe place to stay when I'm Lagos.”
