“It's a lovely cosy hotel near the main attractions of Valletta yet quiet enough. The convenience store and pizza place Sally port is near enough to grab quick bites and groceries on rainy day. The reception staffs are nice and friendly and willing to help (water bottle refills and guide tips on getting around). The breakfast staff manager in suit was helpful and attentive. Housekeeping staffs were clean and prompt. Will recommend this for stay in Valletta ”

“Very modern, great staff and facilities with excellent food quality and variety. Rooms were clean but surprisingly old fashioned considering the recent renovations. Very seventies style. Window and door sensors control the aircon but often malfunction due to shoddy placement. Likewise the motion sensors in each room emit a strong red light at night when triggered. Can be very noisy even from floor 6 and there are no locks on the balcony doors which is a concern if you have kids.”

“Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work……

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! “Très bon séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel. Cependant l’application bug pour réserver les options (transats à la piscine et excursions proposée par l’hôtel) ce qui est très problématique. Par ailleurs le personnel bien qu’adorable tient un discours contradictoire d’une personne à l’autre. ”

“Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, man ist schnell am Strand und bei den Clubs/Bars. Einzig die Lautstärke der viel befahrenen Straße daneben ist etwas schwierig, da dort sehr viel gehupt wird und man somit frühs nicht sonderlich lange schlafen kann. Ebenfalls ist das Badezimmer nur mit einer Glasfront mit einer undichten Tür getrennt. Gerüche und Geräusche hört man somit alle. In Summe aber trotzdem ein ordentliches Hotel, vor allem für den Preis. ”

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer wurde täglich gemacht, auch ohne das wir was sagen mussten. Vor allem hatten wir ein Zimmer weit oben mit Meerblick, einfach nur herrlich. Neben dem Hotel waren Baustellen, jefoch war es nicht laut. Wir hatten noch Frühstück gebucht und der war sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Hotel Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. “Highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection and high quality food options. This hotel is a new build and it has a very nice-fresh interior with large rooms. We stayed in a superior room with a sea view and it offered us a lot of space. The biggest bonus of this hotel is its location. “Great, centrally located, hotel. All main sites within walking distance as is the port if you want to venture further afield. Room was fairly small but clean, modern, and well equipped. Breakfast was provided by Starbucks (which is directly below the hotel) and was varied and fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Good value overall.”
