“Owner was great to work with. Felt like the property was substantially as described. -Bedrooms and layout is a bit wonky, but that was obvious in prior reviews. -Location in an "office park" is a bit weird but we always felt safe, parking was easy and it was an easy walk to the main part of Santa Fe, restaurants, etc. -Having the kitchen was a huge plus because we ate in all three mornings and could keep our wine cold! ”

“The property was nicely appointed, modern and clean. Lots of windows, so ample lighting and nice sunset views. Great amenities (convenient that they had shampoo, as I ran out of my own on day 2, so was happy not to make a store run just for that). Kitchen was well stocked and clean. It's nice when the furniture and kitchen accessories aren't clearly all the mismatched or left over items from another property. Everything was easy to find and access. Location did not have a lot within……

“The casita was the perfect size and distance for work purposes that was over a month. The casita is in close distance to grocery stores like Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's. It's also pretty centrally located for weekend or evening excursions to the Rail Yard, Santa Fe Plaza, and art galleries. I would definitely stay again. ”

“The location was wonderful. We walked everywhere. The studio itself was great for us. We are outdoor people and the rustic, funky feel suited us quite well. The price of the rental was less than the other places we looked at, so we didn’t expect a pristine and perfectly decorated place. We really liked it and will stay again. It is true that there are no large windows, but it is well insulated and really holds the heat if you visit in the early spring or fall.”

“The studio is built and designed in an authentic Santa Fe style, very cozy and welcoming. Downtown and even the railyard district are within a nice walk (15-30 minutes). The place is well-equipped and the host is very nice! Overall, we liked it. Unfortunately, there are a few caveats: First, the shower is very small which worked for us but might not for others. Second, for the price, I'd expect the place to be cleaner. For example, we had dusty surfaces and ants. Third, the advertised outdoor……
