“Wenn man die Bilder beim Buchen sieht, denkt man, ja, ein nettes Hotel, wenn man das Hotel dann sieht, heißt es, willkommen in der Wirklichkeit, es hat wohl die besten Tage hinter sich. Es müsste von Grund auf saniert werden, es ist völlig egal, welches Detail man begutachtet, immer ist etwas kaputt oder nicht voll funktionsfähig. Ad 1 Das Zimmer: Die Zimmertür hängt so sehr, dass man oben durchschauen kann. Die Couch war schmutzig, der Fußboden war nicht gesaugt. Die Bettlampen waren außer……

“The hotel and its location are great for the town as close enough to walk and far enough to be quiet for the children to sleep. Saw a lot of bad reviews about breakfast however one of the best European breakfasts I’ve had for a long time (and I travel 8 months of the year). The pool and steam were great after a day in the slopes and the VIP lift pass was very much worth the extra £. Bansko lift system needs an overhaul but I’m sure that’ll come with all the extra income. 2 minor hotel……

“Best hotel in the area. Excellent facilities (SPA, restaurants and ski services). Superb location ( pretty much on the main ski lift). Outdated rooms. Staff experience varies: some are great (reception, concierge and breakfast), some are simply unpleasant, inefficient and outright seemed annoyed by their job serving guests…(especially the SPA and the lobby lounge)”

“The Hotel Elegant Lux is in a great location just a few minutes from the ski gondola and the many bars and restaurants around town. It has a shuttle bus to and from the gondola. We stayed for five nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had half board and the breakfasts and dinners were good with a buffet for both. “Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. ”
