“It’s been a while since I stayed in this hotel but I still vividly remember how beautiful my experience there was. The view is incredible and since the hotel is by the beach, you can expect the sight of a vibrant and romantic sunset. The pool was pretty big and they had a clear kayak like those in Boracay which was also fun to get around and take pictures with. The rooms were clean and organized, and the staff were greatly accommodating to our requests. The food was also good, but I suppose one……

They went all out to meet our needs and requests - from the front desk, to the bar and pool staff, and the kitchen and room staff, as well as grounds and security staff. Well done! “My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Property is nice, cozy and quiet. Dining area is overlooking the lake which is quiet and very relaxing. Staff are very professional, courteous and kind. Breakfast is ok. They should update a little bit like providing hand towel in the bathroom. There was no bath soap except for 2 very small hand soap. I asked for 2 bath soaps and they gladly gave me 2. Bed is very comfortable with 2 pillows. Back door (emergency door) is always open which I find it……

“The hotel staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. The bathroom facility needs a little updating. Very conveniently located near the airport and having a free shuttle was great. Overall it’s a good hotel. ”

“Very friendly staff. Recommend small table and chair in room, luggage bench/ rack, dining room entertainment such as karaoke, and connections to locals for transportation service to get to other destinations other than the hotel. ”

“The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay. Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered. Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area. This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time. Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year.”

“We came in at night since it is a 12 hour drive from where we’re from. The place is worth what we’ve paid for. Not bad. I would say, grateful for the place. They just didn’t have a very good AC and some ants on the bed. No wifi available in the room and a little old but, if you’re just there to unwind. Perfect place without contact since signal is crappy. I guess, just for emergency is what you need to think about but, everythibg was good. ”

“When we arrived, I overheard the front desk telling another customer that there was no internet and to just use their data. Seriously? How can you say that to an international traveller who most likely does not have local coverage? Also, a rat ran across us as we were walking towards the lobby. That is probably why they have cats on the grounds. Once you get into the rooms, everything is just old and musty. Our lock was broken and there are no peepholes to see who is on the other side of……

“I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. The breakfast was good and standard……
