“The A frame property over the large pond/tiny lake was exactly what we needed to feel secluded from the crazy life hubbub. Neighbors were quiet and thoughtful as they peacefully fished in their boats or from their docks. The kitchen, living area and the one bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs is just a bed and another twin bed. Tv up and down. The heater/air worked great. The deck and grill was awesome. The huge windows of the main area made me feel outside the whole time. The kayaks also a plus.……

“We enjoyed our time at this cabin. It met all of our needs. We had come right after a big storm so it was hard to get to the river from the cabin. Otherwise, it was a good experience.”

“We really enjoyed our one night stay in this cabin. We loved that it was off the main road, nestled in its own little corner with access to the river. So many things about it were unique, which is what originally drew us to it. Our children enjoyed the upstairs space and the interesting ladder to access it. They also enjoyed the hot tub and the pavilion with several swings to relax in while watching the river. It was exactly the experience we wanted to celebrate some important milestones of……

Thoughtful amenities everywhere. 2 fireplaces, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, 5 star beds, surround sound! Just do it!”

“The property was well kept but keep in mind it is actually a duplex, when we look for a four bedroom we assumed it was all one unit not two separate units. We made it work but thought it was going to all be one big house.”

“The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and in a peaceful location. We were a bit surprised at the size of the "lake" as it ended up being more of a pond. We did take the kayaks out but the water is pretty nasty and not ideal for swimming or fishing. That was all fine though because thr purpose of our trip was to float the Spring River. Overall a great stay and i would return.”
