“入住時剛好遇到下午茶時間，朱古力美味。酒店職員頗友善，check out後在酒店門外候Uber時遇到問題也有主動出來協助。這一次入住的樓層較低和面向大街，晚上交通聲響會較大。另外，酒店房門關上時會產生較大聲響，鄰居關門時會被聲量嚇到。”

“地點很方便，環境很好很整潔，服務員亦很細心有禮及盡力協助，如果下次再到墨爾本一定會再選擇入住。”

“地點離南十字車站和費蓮達車站都很近，生活機能很好，附有小客廳洗衣機十分方便，但是房務清潔度有待加強，窗外有陽台，可看到費蓮達車站”

“The staffs are helpful and its location is very convenient. But some of the facilities needed to be checked more deeply. There is a lot of dust near the aircon and the body lotion provided seems turn bad etc ”

“first of all, the sink is quite hard to use, the tap is too close to the edge that water split everywhere. and there was no house keeping even we asked the lady to help and she said ok to come clean our room later. the worst thing is that, it was super noisy during night, we couldn’t sleep for whole night! there was a club or something nearby and the music does not stop till morning! we stayed up all night… the good thing is bed is soft and good to lay on. and hotel is very near southern cross……

“We had a stay for 5 days and 4 nights. Everything was great except the cleaning service. Every time we got back to our hotel room, the condition was terrible. It was uncleaned and untidied. The blanket and bed sheet were everywhere as if somebody just slept on it. No change of towels. Surface was never wiped. Very disappointed. ”
