“The condo worked out well for our needs, which were to maximize the beach. The website pictures accurately described the property. There were many amenities available that supported time at the beach. We would have liked to have shampoo, plastic baggies, tin foil, and two door entry keys. The building was under construction, but was minimal disruption. Overall, great stay! ”

“We rented the property for spring break. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 young girls. The home is very clean and up to date. The patio and pool area was our absolute favorite and we spent a lot of time relaxing outdoors. The area is great…lots of shopping and dining options very close. Not far from downtown Naples. The beach is super easy to get to and only about 6-7 min away. The property manager is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a great time and……

“Small house in quiet neighborhood, perfect location! Exactly like pictures, easy check in with lock box , everything you would need . Grandma with her daughter and family of 4 kids ages 4-10 . Ate every meal outside by the pool. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels . Great location to beaches- barefoot beach was our favorite. Went kayaking through the mangroves, Naples zoo was great, corkscrew wildlife walk , miniature golf , supermarkets all close by . Walked up to the ice cream shop a couple……

“Beautiful brand new house, plenty of space. Outdoor space was perfect with covered sitting area. Great location close to everything. 1 mile walk to beach. Would recommend for group. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. A few minor issues hopefully management company will address with cleaners. They responded quickly to all questions. ”

“Great location for beach access, nice restaurants within walking distance. The property is being renovated after recent storms but was more than suitable for a great getaway. Chris our host was very responsive to our questions, there was ample beach supplies available for our use. The unit we stayed in was very clean and well maintained. We are hopefully looking forward to another visit next year!”
