“The house was just as shown. Very clean, great location, pool was nice and clean along with the hot tub.Only issue is the toilet in the master bath backed up into the shower. It was a holiday weekend so the owner wasn’t able to locate a plumber. We were not able to use the bathroom for the last 2 days which was inconvenient with 4 people. ”

“This rental was not intended. Our previous rental was unsafe for my special needs son. So for only 3 of us, this was a lot of house. However, it is located in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of great things in the area. The house was very clean and welcoming. It felt like home away from home. The pool was very nice! We were excited to FaceTime the rest of our family back home to show them how incredible it was, so when we all come back we can rent this place again! I would highly……

“The place was clean and set up quite nicely. We were able to enjoy riding to town for Coffee in the Golf cart. Brother in law and Sister in law were staying on Genoa, a short walk away so it was nice to be so close. We didn’t go to the community pool, but it was nice to know that was an option. Would stay here again for sure. ”

“We had a great time. Kids loved the pool!Could have used more towels so you could use one for pool and other for shower. Overall furniture has some wear living room and dining room. The large microwave was not working very well. There was plenty of dishes to accommodate 14 of us.Great location to go to beaches! Sam’s Club and Walmart were very close. We ate at Rusty’s Raw Bar that was very good and reasonably. Thank you for your hospitality!!”

“This property is exactly what is listed. Very safe given the gated community and proximity to the front gate. The Pool is very private and the perfect size, gets afternoon sun. The house is no more than a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Naples. The community is perfect for walking and the community pickleball courts and pool are fantastic if you want to socialize. From the extra amenities of the volleyball court to the mini soccer field, golf putting green, buggie board and pool floatees even down to the board games, hammock and baby swing - a kid's (and parents) dream.
