“Driving down the Main Street of Shenandoah, you wouldn’t have realized there was a modern hotel in the century old buildings. I wasn’t impressed with the LED night light built into the hair dryer. Made it very hard to sleep. I was impressed with the breakfast, cleanliness and safety. ”

“Very unique design of the outside with very helpful staff. We had a late check-in from booking while on the road. The lady at the front desk called to see when we were expected to arrive. When we arrived, she was really helpful in getting us a room that would be quiet so we could get a good nights sleep. Our room was cozy and clean. Love the ac in the room, we left the fan on for white noise and had a great nights sleep. Pillows were different than any other I’ve had to use at other……

“Scam!!! They say they’re all booked up and only have a king bed available - when we were the only ones there. They only have one room to use. No towels. Office guy took me to laundry- only to get washcloths. He told another guy to go in the room next door for towels. That room had dead cockroaches on the floor and live crawling ones on the bed. We obviously left immediately. Didn’t turn in the card in the rush to get out of there. .Can not reach anyone for help. They give out fake……

“I really enjoyed this house. It is old and has quirks, but it is fully functional and was very homey. Everything that you need for a long-term stay is here. My favorite feature was the kitchen, which is the best equipped one I've seen in a short term rental. Plenty of high quality pots and pans and other accoutrements. The house may be older, but all of the appliances and the bathrooms are new. The neighborhood is quiet and there are blackout curtains in the downstairs bedrooms. Easy 30 min……
