“We loved being able to go right out on the beach and walk to Belmont! It was very easy to check in and out. And very easy to communicate with the owner. The only issue was when the folks staying in the place next to us arrived it was quite loud - when anyone is walking or moving around in the space above you it is quite loud”

“Kim has thought of everything! The place is not big, but everything has a spot and it's really organized. She provides a list of things to do in the San Diego area. There were many toys for my 3 year old to play with. The tv's were easy to use which was nice! I have multiple chemical sensitivity so scents really bother me. This place was great. Kim washed everything without detergent for bedding, and used baking soda and vinegar for the rest of the cleaning. I didn't have any issues. ”

“We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect and street parking wasn't too tedious to find - we never had to park more than 1 block away, and this was due to arriving back to the apartment later in the evening. Check in was a breeze and all of the necessary beach equipment was readily available (including a wagon to help tote your items!). Beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. Host was very easy to communicate with and when I did reach out with a question during the stay,……

“The ocean is a block away. Restaurants in the neighborhood are abundant. People are very friendly. This is a vacation paradise. Kitchen is small but perfect for a quick breakfast. Has a sink, beverage frig, microwave and toaster oven. perfect for quick”

“I love how close this property was to the Amtrak train station and Little Italy. The only negative things about it was there was not a microwave and the tv was not working and no response from the host about the tv or any effort in fixing it. The remote needed recharging and there was only 1 channel available. Otherwise, the unit was clean and another thing to note is the front door is directly on the street. ”
