Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer(Suite) sehr geräumig mit kleiner Küche, großem Bad, einer Couchecke und in meinem Fall mit einer großen Terrasse, auf der ich auch eine Abschiedsparty mit Verwandten und Freunden abhalten konnte. Das Personal hat dies auch mit Bereitstellung von Besteck und Geschirr/Gläsern unterstützt. Das Internet ist zeitweise nicht sehr schnell, insbesondere am Nachmittag und frühen Abend, ist aber……

The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues……
“I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.”
