“The place exceeded my and my family's expectations, a very cozy place, clean, tidy, with all the comforts. We felt at home. We would return. Teresa was an excellent host, she left us a welcome letter, a property manual, suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, a very quiet neighborhood. I only recommend putting salt on the entrance stairs to prevent snow accumulation and avoid an accident. For everything else. Wonderful experience”

“Decided to test out ski hills in Tahoe and this was a perfect spot. Close to all ski hills and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook at home. Hot tub right out front of unit was great.”

“First off the listing said pool access and that’s main reason we chose this location. Arrived late in the evening. Next day checked the pools. Both we closed due to renovation. Spoke to Vacasa management and they said too bad. The local on site manager said that your reservation company should know the amenities. Tried for four days to get a resolution and still none. I’ve spent more time on the phone than enjoying my vacation. Also bugs and pet urine smell on rugs. Kitchen cabinet falling off……

“McCloud is a nice complex of apartments. We have stayed in the complex a couple of times. It is very convenient and within walking distance to most any location in Incline Village. We had a ground floor unit with two bedrooms and two baths. The unit was adequately furnished and had all the needed appliances. Parking in the garage space provided is really tight. The spaces are narrow and short. Fortunately there is outdoor parking in the complex, which is what we used. Overall, it was a good……
