“Love the condo and the location. Room were spacious kitchen and living room was terrific. The patio are was even better with the added bonus of a creek in the back yard. Very relaxing with a large couch fire pit and bbq. I can’t wait to stay there again.Thank you!!Only two things that need attention. Could have used more propane and the porch and balcony was filled with pollen from the trees. No big deal.”

“Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. Beds were not to firm but could use a pillow top if your a side sleeper. We would highly recommend this home to anyone & will return there ourselves in the……

“The property is perched on a hillside with a view of the lake and surrounding woods! Gorgeous! We had our privacy which is important to us. Our family enjoyed the ping pong and pool table! The Jacuzzi was clean and located on the back balcony, which is ideal. The master bathroom has a steam shower, absolutely wonderful. The house does have minor repairs that are needed that would enhance the stay. The house is located near Incline Village and a 13 min drive to Sand Harbor beach. Unfortunately……

“Our family of 4 adults stayed here for two nights. We used the fully-equipped kitchen (minus a potato masher, and then we accidentally left our potatoes in a bottom drawer.....), grilled on the balcony, and also ate dinner and brunch on the balcony right on the beach. We were there in mid-October and it felt peaceful, quiet, and private, which we loved. Throughout the house there were cute curiosities that added a lot of character. “Easy to find and access. Check-in instructions were helpful. Place was great location for access to Incline Village (especially grocery store) and places like Kings Beach, Sand Harbor, and hiking off Mt. Rose Highway. The hot tub was appreciated after physical activities for sure. We had a few summer storms so did not use the BBQ or fire pit, maybe next time!! I didn't need to reach out to hosts much because we were pretty set, but my one or two messages were responded to immediately. I'd……

“House and neighborhood are beautiful. Area is lovely. You are not with tourists even though you are one. Communicating with the property is not timely. There is no easy way to contact someone. They also did not inform us in advance if a maintenance man beingvat the house.”

“We loved staying at this cabin for our family summer vacation. The views are as amazing as pictured and the cabin is well equipped and with a great floorplan. We loved the hot tub and location. There were a few things here and there that didn't work, like the screen door to the main deck, but we still enjoyed our trip. Had to clean the patio furniture though due to pollen season. Property manager was very responsive to any issues or questions. Biggest hiccup was a large late into the night party next door that the police wouldn't shut down even though there's a county quiet hours ordinance. It was 4th of July weekend so hope this was a one off event. ……
