“Exactly what we needed”

“It was a wonderful stay!! The home was very clean. They gave thorough instructions upon arrival and departure. I was also contacted during our stay to check in and make sure we were taken care of. We LOVED this home/location. The train does go by often and did wake us at times but we managed just fine. Highly recommend staying here! It’s a great place to unplug and relax with your loved ones. ”

“This was our second stay here. It is conveniently located near where our pack was staying for scouts, but secluded enough for us to be comfortable. The hot tub is our favorite amenity, and the only thing that would make this a better stay would be king sized beds, but that is becuase I am spoiled. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean, and we appreciate being able to rent this home. ”

“Very quiet neighborhood. Access to the cabin is easy to find from US2. To the cabin, there is a narrow and gravel road, so drive slowly (10 to 15mils/hrs) and need to caution oncoming vehicle. The cabin is very clean and have enough kitchen goods, so you can cooking at the cabin. You should get groceries before coming to the cabin. One grocery store in Gold Bar by US2.WIFI connection is sometimes weak and cell phone as well. A land line was in the cabin if you need to call.I enjoyed outside……

“Nice property, could use some TLC on a few items. Couch and love seat are showing lots of wear. Welcome book talks about the hot tub and its functionality. Was non-functional, but to be clear was not listed as an amenity. The A/C is a portable unit, on a sunny day struggles to keep up. Multiple box fans help but noisy. Listing implies access to the river that was assumed to be from the property. This is not the case. Access is from either end of the main rod through the community. Not a deal……
