“We stayed at this location from Thursday to Sunday to participate in the Dauphin Island Plein Air Paint Out 2025. The property was beautiful, conveniently located, very well stocked with amenities, and the host was very kind and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying at Dauphin Island properties owned by this host. It was a great weekend! ”

“First of all I will say this is a duplex. Using of the kayaks, crab traps and back dock is contingent on who gets there first-our neighbors liked to be out there first thing in the morning until 11 pm! They only left to go to beach midday. The home definitely needs updating. Rusty fixtures, peeling up flooring and VERY thin walls! Feels like you are on a boat cause the house “moves” when people are walking around or the wind blows. Advertised that it is pet friendly, paid for it and then the……

“The house was great for me and my two sons. We love to fish, so with the house sitting on the bay with the dock was excellent. Many different species can be caught from the the dock as well as crab. Dolphin can be seen from the dock as well. Mr Reeves is very nice and helpful as well making a great overall experience.”

“This rental is completely run-down and dirty and smells of urine and mold. It has not been properly maintained or cleaned. The pictures have been edited and are not representative of what the house really looks like. Broken broken window on the porch, The paint on the walls is peeling in the main room and hallway. The refrigerator is rusted and the ice maker barely works. The kitchen is filthy and hasn’t been deep cleaned in years if ever and the cabinets are covered with old petrified food and……
