“Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. There were no games/playing cards-we brought all of our own and were glad that we did. The WiFi situation is not good but that did not detract at all from our stay. If you have folks that are……

“This Cottage is a total gem ! Everything you need for the perfect stay on Dauphin Island. Close to restaurants, beach and a fabulous sunset. ”

“The first thing I did was get stuck in the sand, and I had to be towed out. The driver said they sure need more gravel on the driveway. It looks as if the right side has washed away. Anyway, the floor is warped, and there is paint missing on the window sill and cabinets. I say this because I don't wish to be dinged for damages. Overall, we had a great time. The home is lovely, and dishes, towels, etc were all plentiful. I would rent it again if the driveway were fixed and there was no swing”

“We took our girls and a few of their friends down for a few days to celebrate summer. We had a great time. We loved that we didn’t have to worry about traffic or overcrowded tourists. The girls could come and go to the beach as a group and we didn’t have to worry. We had some rough weather and the AC went out but the host handled it quickly for us and the girls were able to play games and wait out the storm. Loved that we could take our dog to the beach as well. It just added to the fun. ”
