“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”

“Everything was great! This is my second time at this hotel and it has been nothing but great. Only problem I had was one of the towels had a stain. It was folded in a way where the cleaning staff could easily see the and and very visible when folded.”

“Being handicapped, when using shower I found the shower chair very useful. I believe a hand held shower spray would be very helpful. Also I found the tub bottom a little slippery. Other than those two suggestions very clean and courteous staff.”
