“I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!”

“We had several issues with our stay. Infostated that we'd get check-in instructions within 24hrs of our stay. When we were about to leave home that morning, I still hadn't received anything so I wanted to call and make sure everything was set. When I called the numbers provided on the reservation, the line was disconnected. I was concerned we'd been scammed.
