“Beautiful suite.”

“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”

“No hot water”

“You could tell the hotel was well managed when arriving. Very well kept up property in a nice surrounding area. The staff was very professional and polite. Very good breakfast in the morning as well. If I'm ever back in the Huntsville area, I will look to book this particular hotel again. ”

“I did not like the odor of the tap water in room; therefore, I did not drink water from the tap. I was appreciative of staff knowledge and property provisions for the tornado warnings in the very area. Although Expedia had booked my room there was not a room but the clerk had found me a room and was waiting for me at check-in. I will never use a 3rd party again.”

“The best hotel I've ever stayed at. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I missed happy hour (they give you two free drinks) because I was at a graduation, but the bar and restaurant looked very nice. The next time I book something, I'm going to aim for Embassy Suites by Hilton. I know that all of their properties aren't the same, but I'm taking the chance. I highly recommend staying here!”

“I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!”
