“The place is great. Beautiful home. More than enough room. It was 13 of us. Ages 5+. We had a great time. Close to several different things. Now the negatives. Communication goes through a company. The text the use they never answer or answer hours later. Trying to talk to someone is awful. There are several windows that will not lock. The locking mechanism is broken. Not the actual window. They do not have blinds downstairs just thin sheet curtains. So very little privacy. The kind bed……

“We stayed over spring break with the family and we really enjoyed the pool, the view, and the house. This place is huge and furnished really comfortably. There is still construction going on nearby, but the construction crews were gone by the time we came back in the evenings. The community is gated and after the crews left it was so quiet and peaceful even during spring break. ”

“This is a great property to view the launches as it's right at the south end of the canal. The property is nice and has plenty of space for at least 4 people. I did have a few hiccups with the door code, but management helped right away so only a minor inconvenience. You do need to pay the recreation fee to be in the property, but there is a fun chip and put 18 hole course on premise. Just a short drive over to South Padre Island. You have an unblocked view to the launch tower across the channel……

“We loved the views and being on the water. Wished we had our fishing poles as fish were jumping and pelicans diving into the water. The place was a little out dated and no water pressure in the bathroom at all. It was cheap and would stay again as the view was worth the stay.”

Our reason for visiting Brownsville was to see Starbase which did not disappoint. One day we drove to South Padre Island. This rental is modern, relaxing, and a great place to spend a vacation. “So convenient to S Padre Island, but out of the island crowds. Really nice pool and hot tub, as.well as playground on the bayfront. ”

“I stayed in the home with my college and high school aged kids over Spring Break. The location was great. Close to the beaches of South Padre but out of the way enough for the nights to be quiet. The house had everything we needed.”
