“Worked perfectly for our boat. It was exactly what we needed. Super host! Very responsive and very nice to deal with. Fish cleaning station with electricity and water hose to rinse boat daily. Kept boat plugged in every night. ”

“The location was great, super close to the island and was also easy to get to other local cities nearby for amazing tacos. It’s not a massive spot but for two of us (me and my girlfriend) it felt just perfect. The tv in the living room was big, the air conditioning was strong, the kitchen had just about everything you’d need, and the shower got hot if you needed it to. If i had to nit pick, the bed could have been a little more giving but honestly i slept like a baby every night so it wasn’t……

“This is our third time staying in this beautiful, clean home in one of the best neighborhoods. Everything you need is provided. Only 10 miles from S Padre Island. The owners are great to work with too.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The backyard water view at night was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. The house stayed cool on a 100 degree day. ”

“Great neighborhood. Dog friendly. Easy access to SPI and Port Isabel. Just what were looking for.”

“This is a great property to view the launches as it's right at the south end of the canal. The property is nice and has plenty of space for at least 4 people. I did have a few hiccups with the door code, but management helped right away so only a minor inconvenience. You do need to pay the recreation fee to be in the property, but there is a fun chip and put 18 hole course on premise. Just a short drive over to South Padre Island. You have an unblocked view to the launch tower across the channel……

“Everything about this property was amazing! Justin was a wonderful host and super attentive. He answered everything quickly and he came out most days to ensure the pool was clean and safe for us to enjoy. The highlight of this property was definitely the pool! The property had a lot of tree coverage with lots of shade as well. Every room was large enough for each family. The kitchen and living area were large enough for everyone to relax and hang out. Family from the area asked for information……
