“The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony. “Liked having a full sized refrigerator with a large freezer. Liked parking right in front of my room. Liked having a separate living room and bedroom. Did not like the amount of outside lighting that keeps the bedroom somewhat illuminated. ”

“My one night stay was fine. Like most of the recent reviews I read, the room was clean and the staff was polite and helpful. My bed was comfortable and all the surfaces I came in contact with were clean -sheets, sink, toilet, tub, desk, towels. That said, there are some things people might like to know. This is a very old hotel and it doesn't seem to have ever been remodeled to any quality standard in the last 50 + years. Most furnishings are quite shabby. The pictures make it look in better……
