“Very tidy 2 BR cottage with 10 minute walk to bay beach and right on a marsh. Great for bird watchers and beach walkers - at low tide you can walk all the way around Indian Neck to Wellfleet harbor and loop back to the cottage.”

“Charming beach cottage, very short walk to the bay. Loved the landscaping and the beautiful views, and the peaceful neighborhood. Really appreciated how there were plenty of supplies like paper towels, TP, dish soap. A couple of things that weren’t clear to me when booking—first, there’s no dishwasher or laundry washer or dryer. Second, there’s really no privacy—the door to the second bedroom is a slatted closet door and none of the doors, including to the bathroom, really closes. It was fine……

“Location of the house was great, overlooking the bayside. If it were a summer rental, the location would have been ideal location to walk out to the bay. Although we rented off-season, it was still scenic. The house was recently updated and enough room for 4 adults. ”

“This is a lovely cottage right on the bay. Just walk down the stairs to enjoy the sandy beach and views of Great Island. We've been coming to the Cape for decades and would stay here again. This is a cozy cottage with great views. It was clean with plenty of light. The beds in the "kids" room looked great for young children but might be a bit cramped for teenagers or adults. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. There is a lovely tide clock so we could……

“We had a great, peaceful late fall stay here! It was a little cold in the rooms that didn’t have the direct heating unit and we had some issues with getting the wifi and television connected but Michael was very responsive and helpful, we appreciated it! ”
