“Our 2nd of many future stays! It's our "home" away from home! The outdoor kitchens we have yet to use & there's two for family & friend gatherings. Air/wayer hoses, corn hole, horse shoe, ice machine, fish cleaning station, laundry onsite, pool, toys and bikes, clothes line, firepits, entertainment area for Sat (seasonal) night boogy. Rooms are renovated, some with walk in showers. Gift shop & Art Gallery on site. Doggie stations w/poop bags, dog play area (fenced), kayack use with life vests.……

“I came out for work the next day but those plans were cancelled due to 8 inches of snow! Fortunately, the room was great. Rome was warm and comfortable even though they're generally is no staff at this location. I would definitely stay again.”

“The stay was overall pretty good. The only thing we found was there are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire campground. 1 washer was broken and there was no change machine to get quarters and the office was closed. Could also use a playground for the little ones as there isnt much for kids on the property other than the pool for summer. ”

“A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so. ”

“We went to OBX for Christmas week for a peaceful and romantic getaway. We wanted plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen. We were not disappointed. Everything we needed to make prime rib and steaks and so many other great things was provided for us. The house is beautiful and when you step into the main living area you feel like you are home. The house was immaculate, the furnishings are comfortable and stylish and there are cozy spots everywhere. This was one of the best trips we’ve ever……
