“A very good stay in Kathmandu! The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit. “Totally bad experience. After traveling so many places , It was our first time we did not get our reserved family room though we prepaid two nights. Also they did not notify or said anything about the room until we entered and found two single bed(1m). It was obvious that it could not add another extra bed in such a narrow space. After we inquired how three people can sleep with 8 years old son, the front desk called and their manager showed up, many excuses but without apologies for they did……

"It was a very comfortable stay in Kathmandu for 4 nights. Except for the slight delay of the the airport transfer from the Kathmandu Airport to the hotel upon our arrival, everything else was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and there were a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They constantly asked for feedback to ensure that all our needs were met. We also had the Signature Spa treatment at the hotel and it was worth every penny! Will be definitely staying again in the future!"
