“Totally bad experience. After traveling so many places , It was our first time we did not get our reserved family room though we prepaid two nights. “A very good stay in Kathmandu! The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit. E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight. "It was a very comfortable stay in Kathmandu for 4 nights. Except for the slight delay of the the airport transfer from the Kathmandu Airport to the hotel upon our arrival, everything else was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and there were a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They constantly asked for feedback to ensure that all our needs were met. We also had the Signature Spa treatment at the hotel and it was worth every penny! Will be definitely staying again in the future!"
