“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”

“We were really impressed with our accommodations. We were debating between this hotel and one that was $50 cheaper without a pool and decided to book this one with the pool just in case we had time to swim. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the entire experience and look forward to returning for our future trips to Pittsburgh.”
