“This place is gem. Very nicely situated with lots of space, a pool table, screened in porch, a pier with rails (rare), and a huge yard. The two king beds and all the bunk beds make it so easy to have several people stay. The house is so nicely stocked with so much more than I have ever seen. The hosts clearly love their place and want others to enjoy their time. Just down the way is a Marina with live band, bar, and restaurant...this place has it all. We also had Lavaca Bar B Que……

“We (2 couples) enjoyed our stay at Erin's property in Victoria. Clean, well-appointed, comfy beds, and a bathroom for each bedroom PLUS a powder room! The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible from the Zac Lentz Parkway (Victoria bypass). Erin responded promptly to any questions we had. We'd stay again!”

“Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The place is very clean and comfortable. Huge TV! Beds are comfortable. Location is perfect if you like to pier fish. Only 10/15 minute drive to Port Lavaca or Magnolia Bay piers. ”

“I've stayed here twice and both times were amazing. The staff, the property, the cabin all are amazing. They had a movie night where the kids could play and enjoy popcorn etc outside. The owners really have an amazing property and well cared for location. ”

Asthethically, very beautiful.Cons- Our bathroom towels in master bath were damp, and the person who lives across the street parks directly at the end of the driveway making it difficult for vehicles to back out of the driveway. Overall, we definitely recommend staying with this host and would stay again. Thank you! ”

“Beach Front Cottage – Head in the clouds, toes in the sand. Stayed Thursday July 25th through Sunday July the 28th 2024, for me and my wife’s 31st Anniversary. On the agenda, beach, fishing, relaxing, puzzles, search for shells and driftwood and enjoy the views. The days we stayed just happened to be great weather and we had the beach all to ourselves. We pulled our wagon to the beach right out in front of the house loaded with our chairs, umbrella, drinks and radio for good tunes. The……
