“We booked this cozy cottage for two weeks in mid-October. Donna was wonderful. She reached out prior to the stay to chat through the VRBO site and as we got closer she shared things to do and see in Louisburgh and other close towns. We communicated through Whats App once we landed at Shannon Airport (2.5 hours away). She met us at the house to show us how to use the applicances, turn on the water to the showers, lock the doors, etc. She also had flowers and a card for our wedding anniversary……

“The photos do not do the cottage and surroundings justice as whilst they are spectacular the “real” thing is breathtaking. Everything you need is there. State of the art appliances, lots of cutlery and cookware and more than enough hot water. The log fire 🔥 is hypnotic and adds an extra ambience. The house was immaculately clean and so easy to find and checkin was very easy. We will definitely be back ❤️🇮🇪❤️”

“Ongetwijfeld is dit de meest unieke vakantiewoning waar wij ooit verbleven. Vanuit de veranda geniet je van het overweldigende panorama op de zee en de bergen. En in het nette en praktisch ingerichte huisje voelden wij ons onmiddellijk thuis. Bedankt ook aan Tim voor je volledige en duidelijke informatie !”

“There were no instructions about how to turn on or adjust heat or hot water. Some dishes were not clean. Kitchen was missing some essentials (no coffee maker, no salad spinner, no covered casserole dish, no salad bowl,. But the washing machine leaked badly, gushing water.The drying rack was broken.This well situated cottage has three bedrooms and once things are fixed and the house instructions are you improved it could be ok. A table broken since October has not been fixed 6 months later.I……

“Clifden is a lovely little town. The place was much bigger than expected and we all had plenty of space to stretch out. We did have a snafu with one of the internets, but it was explained that the place downstairs is remodeling and likely cut the line. The other WiFi worked great! Shower pressure was a little light, but nothing that was terrible. Overall, we would definitely rent this place again and stay for much longer next time in Clifden!!”

“The host was very friendly and responsive. It was like staying with family! The property was a short drive from all the Connemara activities/atractions we wanted to explore. And Tully Cross was welcoming and friendly.”

“The house is well appointed and the pictures of the view/ house/living spaces were true to life! Kitchen & dining area were spacious & comfortable. The upstairs living room provide comfort and a pan-o-rama of ocean views. It is a bit isolated at nearly the end of a single track road, but worth the drive. If you are not from Ireland, pay attention to to the house instruction book especially for hot water!”
