“酒店小环境很不错，距离诺伊斯市中心很近，离杜塞10公里车程。酒店窗外是一条小河，景致极好，周围很安静。房间比较舒适，设施很完备。停车场是地下的，每天11欧，自驾游也比较方便。美中不足的是前台服务员，有位胖胖的男生，他是8月5号晚上和8月9号晚上值班的，比较傲慢，态度很敷衍，我们感觉到了不舒服。其他的都还不错。推荐吧。”

“it is close to Neuss train station takes 15 min to Airport so you can get shuttle to Messe. if anybody come for Messe transportation is free of charge as long as if you keep your ticket all the time. You may be asked. This property there was not hot water second day. Sorted quite late I was not happy with it. Over all it is okay.”

“Veldig hyggelig hotell. Fantastisk bra restaurant! Trivelig personale. Rommet hadde ikke aircondition, så det var litt for varmt om natten. ”

“Wir sind bereits mehrmals Gast im Hotel gewesen. Es war fast alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Leider fehlte im Zimmer der Schreibtisch. Dies wurde bereits beim Check in angegeben, leider erfolgte keine Reaktion. Toll fanden wir zu Ostern die bunten Eier und die Hasen- Brötchen beim Buffett.”

“Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sehr groß und sauber. Die Betten sehr groß und gemütlich. Es passt alles. Nur müsste mal der Teppichboden ausgetauscht werden und im Badezimmer eine Dusche statt Badewanne eingebaut werden. Ich werde immer wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.”
